History
Theobald Construction began as a general contractor in
1993. Karl Theobald founded Theobald Construction as a
custom builder and since that time has constructed well
over 300 custom homes. Theobald Construction is still
building custom homes today and is recognized as Osceola
County’s No. 1 Quality Builder. In 2001, Mr. Theobald
and Ken Sampson joined forces to form Theobald
Commercial Construction Group. Today, the Theobald
Commercial Construction Group develops and builds retail
and commercial properties throughout Central Florida.
In 2005, Crown Construction Services was created to
focus on the growing renovation and restoration market.
Crown helps our clients by repositioning their
residential and commercial properties. Crown specializes
in both exterior and interior improvements - designed to
boost the profitability and desirability of these
assets. Crown’s clients include owners and managers of
residential, multi-family, retail, office and light
industrial properties. In Emergencies, Crown also
assists our clients in insurance restorations resulting
from fires, water intrusion and wind events. In such
circumstances, Crown strives to be an organization that
