Challenge: The Dover Village Apartments fire damaged a single apartment buildings (5,000 SF) and completed destroyed four (4) apartments units. Four (4) families were left homeless. The immediate goal was to quickly board-up the damaged apartments; cut-off utilities; and re-locate tenants. Secondarily, Crown’s goal was to pack-up, move-out, and clean the tenant’s valuables and furnishings. Next came damage assessment, architectural services, permitting, and construction - all with the goal to restore the property and return the tenants within sixty (60) days.

Project Scope: Crown’s speed of getting our workforce on site, aided by an instant pipeline of products from our suppliers to Dover meant that the client’s property was out of service for only a short period of time. Plus, Crown provided security from the first moment we arrived, so that the tenants (and neighbors) could rest assured that the situation was completely under control.

Outcome: The apartments were completely re-built and residences returned to their homes in less than 60 days - thanks largely to Crown’s quick response teams and ability to schedule difficult tasks simultaneously.
