Maintenance Budget Preparations
Hand-in-hand with the Community and Maintenance
Managers, Crown will prepare comprehensive maintenance
and repair list for your property. Crown will work with
the Maintenance Manager to develop an annual budget and
develop an inventory of maintenance supplies needed to
support that budget.
ADA Reviews
Crown’s ADA Review will survey, audit, and/or inspect
commercial properties and perform in depth: ADA
inspections, ADA audit reports, ADA accessibility
surveys on multi-family commercial real properties for
ADA Compliance. Crown will additionally perform ADAAG
plans reviews for commercial properties on newly built
or existing buildings where ADA litigation is involved
and fair housing act covered housing developments within
Florida.
Owner’s Rep
Crown’s Owner’s Representative services include
providing an overview of the architect’s and
contractor’s performance, and acting as the owner’s
representative by making recommendations on contract
matters, budget adjustments, proposed changes, time
extensions, and resolution of problems or questions that
arise throughout the construction period.
Cost Estimating
Crown can provide or review detailed construction
cost estimates for both lump sum and unit price
assignments, which reflect material requirements, labor,
quantity takeoffs, construction equipment requirements,
and indirect cost items. These estimates or estimate
reviews can range from an entire project to specific
project elements and may also include change orders and
claims. Crown has the ability to analyze and test
various construction-related estimates probabilistically
during design, prior to bidding, and during construction
(for change orders).
